President of the UN. General Assembly Says that Israel has Turned Gaza into an Inferno

Damascus, (SANA)-
President of the UN. General Assembly , Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann, has stressed that Israel has turned Gaza into an inferno leaving more than 1000 Palestinians slaughtered , third of them were children.
In his address at the UN. General Assembly today, Brockmann added that the Israeli war is a war being waged against unarmed civilians of besieged Gaza residents who are being brutally and violently bombarded from the air .
He underlined that Israel is violating the international human law , despising the United Nations and is not being committed to UN. Resolution 1860 which demands Israel to halt its aggression immediately and has instead it has continued its massacre against the Palestinians.
He said that the Israeli attack on the UNERWA School left 43 people dead including many children.
He added that that Israel deprived more than 80 percent of Gaza residents of finding a shelter and getting away from the violent bombardment , and found themselves stuck in a brutal war in residential area.
Brockmann considered the Israeli failure to protect the residents of the occupied Palestinian territories as a violation of Geneva Agreement.
