Also Isn't this conversation happening in reference to the idea that either party is about to commit genocide (read the attempt to actually try to wipe out the other). Which is so far the situation happening now that implying that this is in any way a practical plan for the current situation is at best, twisting her words?

2. I think she has been re-hired
and that is how the question is posed, but she answered it saying that something must be done early and that there is not a lack of information about what is happening, that it must be done well before any sort of genocide starts to take place.
