Qassam fired at Sderot from Gaza; most IDF troops quit Rafah
Palestinians early Sunday morning fired a Qassam
rocket at the Negev town of Sderot, Israel Radio
reported. No injuries were reported, but a road
was damaged.

Meanwhile, a smaller deployment
of Israel Defense Forces troops
was returning to the Rafah
refugee camp to continue the
southern Gaza Strip operation
aimed at uncovering and
destroying weapons-smuggling
tunnels along the Egyptian
border.

Before dawn Sunday, the IDF pulled out most of
its troops from the Rafah area, where the
operation had been taking place since late
Thursday night.

1. This article clearly states
that Palestinians targetted homes and a synagogue. Non military targets. Where is the outrage?

4. I read it in the JP
Seems as soon as IDF forces try to leave there is more trouble. Perhaps once the tunnels are destroyed and the whining about Israeli aggression dies down, things will be a bit more peaceful.
