Liberal Bloggers failed me!

We are diverse society that dislike war in general regardless, but and when and where ever a war is generated globally we care the innocent...not to mention the backlash the Unites States receives backing Israel government!

Therefore, I am very disappointed with many liberal Bloggers on their silence on this issue of Gaza attack by the Israeli Army.

1. This is a bad situation anyway you look at it...
Didn't the Palastinians start this by kidnapping an 18 year old settler and killing him and then kidnapped a soldier...?

This is not excusing the overzealousness of the Israeli Army...it is literally overkill....

For every violent action there is always a more horrific action!!

Both sides are acting irresponsible...

4. That's been the case for some time...
Both sides are continually aggressive towards each other. When one is ready for peace, the other is not. Each side has their extremists who want nothing more than to kill the other off.

Civilians who want peace, on both sides, are either ignored or killed.

It's a tragedy and not one single person has come out, attempted to lower the tensions and call for any kind of peace.

7. If may I ask of you...how do you account 9000 Palestinian prisoners
....5000 never been charged, but held as "administration charges" that means they were never charges any crime, but kidnapped and never brought to court...1000 woman and children under 18 under "administration charges" never been charged.....

5. Its a mess no matter what side you take...
and I think both sides are at fault. To sort it out will take wisdom and patience that I don't see either side having. And who, outside of Israel, will come to them with wisdom and patience to help them make peace?

Its a mess and hard to see an answer that fits the many many problems there.

end conflict between two parties...

There is no one to mediate.......and it's a shame!

13. Let us focus of war...war is between two nations
Edited on Thu Jun-29-06 09:01 PM by AlamoDemoc
but this war is between an occupied Palestine Nation and an occupier Israel.

So, when a powerful nation attacks 1.2 million within their cluster homes, innocent civilians die, and many are struggling, and bye and bye you would want to ask questions, and not be silent.

16. Try Juan Cole's Blog. Not necessarily liberal, but
a decent enough analysis.

To get to it, just surround his name w/ www and .com
