Russia will supply the Palestinian Authority with two transport helicopters and several dozen all-terrain vehicles.

A source in the Russian government, quoted by Interfax news agency, reported that it had earlier been planned to supply the Palestinians with BRDM-2 reconnaissance and patrol fighting machines. But it was decided to deliver UAZ cars instead after “taking into consideration Israel’s position,” the source said.

The source did not give any terms of supply. It added that the cars would only be used by police forces and the helicopters to transport the Palestinian Authority’s President Mahmoud Abbas and other top members of the Palestinian leadership.

(does that helicopter look a bit lopsided)

6. "prone to problems"
Oh yeah, like getting hit by hellfire missiles or artillery shells.
