At AR15.com by many of the board's members. Some have firearms related questions and are getting honest answers without any heckling. Many AR15 members have gone out of their way to make them feel welcome. Mr.Benchley you would probably be welcome too if you stop calling people names and keep it real.

Never been to AR15 forum, but I was welcomed at the "Graybeard" forum even after I posted something fairly liberal supporting the Union during the Civil War. Welcomed at a Ruger forum too, no problems.
I think most decent, law-abiding gun owners are pretty open-minded on all but ONE issue, and on that one I'm with them.
I'm pretty new around here; it's great to see some pro-gun progressives on the Net! The second I saw that photo-op with Kerry hunting a few months back I knew he had more than a fighting chance to win! At last reaching out to bring some of the pro-gun Democrats back home! The gun-control crowd basically put GW Bush into the White House much more than Ralph Nader ever did, IMO, and some day they should own up to that.

If you look in the threads at AR15.com more carefully you will see that there are people there that are openly pro-choice, pro-union, anti-PATRIOT act, etc. A large number of AR15.com members are Libertarians and moderate Democrats. Yes, some of them get attacked and called communists, but after the smoke clears everyone is on the same side of the gun control issue.

my wife is a mother and is 100% behind her RKBA. and why shouldnt she be? she has more to protect than most, especially when im away at work late at night.

guns and kids? well you have to have a modicum of responsibility in not only teaching children gun safety when they are old enough and keeping the firearm safely out of their hands.

your 8 year old shoots himself with your gun....its not the guns fault, its the asshole parent who was irresponsible. the same way if you arent paying attention and your kid falls off a cabinet he was climbing and splits his head open. or locks himself in a dryer, or walks out into the street...etc,etc,ect.

i look at all these anti's who sob that their kid killed themslves with their gun, and have utter contempt and disgust. to even be so callous as to try and pass the buck on your own kids death when it was YOUR fault is horrendous. maybe leading a crusade to get everyone else to believe something else is at fault might make them feel better, but it changes nothing in my eyes.
