5/20/04: Where are the "pro gun democrats"?

So�.
if there really ARE millions of "gun owning democrats" where the hell are they? They�re sure not posting much on gun owners forums, which are supposed to encompass the full range of gun owner opinions.
At least on Faux Noise, Alan Colmes blinks and clears his throat every once in a while�and he seems to be a radical firebrand compared to "gun owning democrats."
Here�s a selection of this week�s opinions on those cesspools. Warning: hold your nose before reading, and keep swallowing or your ears will pop from the sudden deceleration of IQ you�ll experience.

Amazingly, there actually IS a borderline liberal post, by someone calling himself "Imposter." He seems unable to bring himself to comment on current politics, but it is a start.

By the way, since we were being assured on another thread how politely and courteously the gun nuts on gun nut forums treat dissent, it�s worth glancing at a thread from someone calling him- or herself Bowser asking, "Since I read a lot of armchair jingoism here, I was wondering why most of the Bush supporters have not signed up for the Armed Services, or encouraged their sons and daughters to do so."

On highroadrage, the question "What will four years under Kerry spell for gun owners?" is answered by a bunch of gibbering paranoid idiots with severe psychological problems�

Some pretty dire forecasts here leading to the obvious question: People are really going to stand by and let the 2A be shredded to nothing? The underlying issue is lack of true political representation. When does that issue bubble to the top?
All this banning / confiscation stuff WILL happen......and mysteriously at the same time forums like these will also mysteriously disappear as well I am very sure of. Our right to assemble and communicate will be done with�.
Kerry is predisposed to worship the Europeon style of governing. You can bet he will propose legislation modeled after GB, France, Germany, etc. His presence in the Whitehouse will emphasize the "Europeon Model" at every opportunity. He is not a product what used to be known as the American culture.

What would Kerry spell? Quite possibly, the biggest set back for RKBA since 1934.
If Kerry wins the pendulum will swing more to the left. Imports of fun guns will stop first, then Kali style registration will go national. Then the usual 10% will follow the law and actually register. 90% of the fun guns won't be registered but when a police officer catches an otherwise law abiding citizen, the law abiding citizen will have his life destroyed with a felony. The local cops will do the dirty work of the liberal Democratic government. Of course gun shows will stop, ammo and components will be taxed to hell, and alot of gun companys would go out of business.
If Jiggelo John makes it into the oval office, I expect to be 'never taken alive' very soon�. But I expect to take some with me.
