Tough gun control's successes and failures in Mexico
Successes: Empowerment of corrupt police and politicians. If the police accidentally kill you, they plant a gun on you. If the police kill you illegally, they plant a gun on you. If the police don't like you, they plant a gun on you. Gun control in Mexico is a way for the corrupt police to do whatever they want to anyone and violate their rights however they wish because they know that all they have to do is plant a gun on you.

Failures: Crime continues to be out of control in Mexico.

Here's a news article posted on a forum that I found, the original story on yahoo was erased.
-three mexican soldiers kill American and plant gun on him.

1. Disgraceful! How do they think they are?
The New Orleans Police Department? What's "ham sandwich" in Spanish, "torta de jamon"?
