A Milford man accused of being a white supremacist was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison for selling weapons to a government informant posing as a member of the Ku Klux Klan

Alexander DeFelice admitted what he did was wrong during the sentencing.

"I'm not a rocket scientist. What I did was wrong and I'm just glad nobody got hurt," he told U.S. District Judge Janet Hall.

A jury convicted DeFelice in December of conspiracy and firearms charges, but acquitted two other men including the leader of the Connecticut-based Battalion 14 supremacist group. Two other defendants pleaded guilty in the plot.

And when they caught this guy, he was the one and only guy who had ever, ever done anything like this. And if anybody else ever, ever did it, why they got caught right away.

It sounds like you implied that he is an FFL holder. Nothing in the article makes no such implication. Since he was selling grenades, I highly doubt that he was.

I took the subject line to be the headline of the item, and took "dealer" to have its ordinary meaning, someone licensed to sell firearms. I usually read links, but wasn't looking for extra facts this time.

Oh well! I guess he wasn't a law-abiding gun owner. ;)

The body of the article does not suggest that the person had a dealer's licence.
