Oral arguments will take place November 15th at 10:30 am. For the address of the courthouse and other useful info. on this date, click the link and scroll to the bottom of the page for the discussion board links. The relevant link is currently the first listed. I only recently discovered that the Brady Bunch has submitted an argument in this case. Seeing these fools get spanked will be worth the price of admission alone! And suddenly I'm feeling really good about the donation I made to the California Rifle & Pistol Association legal fund -- as they have signed on as plaintiffs.

San Diego pro-RKBA voters should also be aware that (anti-gun) Sheriff William Gore is being challenged by Jay LaSuer ---- who is on record as supporting "shall issue" w/regard to CCW permits in the upcoming election.

Certainly would be a mind-blower if California became the next shall-issue state!!!
