I took myself to task to figure out a way to have gun perpetraitors
unknowingly disarm themselves to prevent gun violence. (Believe me I
have designed much more complicated innovations before.) The initiative
is targetted towards stopping the smuggling of handguns from the U.S
into Central America for the exchange of d...ru...gs
and money. My problem is that I live in Belize, a small third world
country where the politicians are the most corrupted. I was wondering
if anyone can give me pointers as to what organization would be
interested in reading or listening to my new approach on gun
disarmament?

Thanks for the response Brad, I've put the situation of legislature and accountability into consideration. The concept that I propose is addressed towards the businesses that manufactures bullets, it is in my opinion that the average 15-20 year old that is using a gun to commit a crime would not be able to distinguish the difference between a normal bullet and the " bullet " I have developed. Yep my concept is to have bullets that destroy guns!!

Unfortunately I don't reside in the U.S and I don't know how guns and ammunitions are distributed amongst criminal organizations there. However in most parts of Central and South America there are seldom gun stores and very strict laws on who is allowed to have a gun license, guns and ammunitions are exchanged for drugs and money by would ... See Morebe arms dealers mostly from the States. Have a couple of these covert arms dealers distribute them to their destination which would be the gangs and let the norm take it's course.
