Concealed weapons without permit to be OK in AZ

PHOENIX - Gov. Jan Brewer has signed into law a bill making Arizona the third state to not require a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

Brewer's office says she signed the bill Friday. It takes effect 90 days after the current legislative session ends, probably putting the effective date in July or August.
