Judge rules in favor of empty holster protest
Not exactly hot off the press, (occurred mid-March) but you have to admire the tenacity of Students for Concealed Carry on Campus:

it reminds me of the affirmative action bake sale case, another case that the campus speech censors tried to quash and got slapped down by a court.
