1. It's hard to imagine the level of stupidity and desperation needed to try something that crazy
Until you get to know a few hard-core drug addicts.

3. Proof we need a more effective dog ban..
the public has no need for a dog bigger than a toy poodle. All mid sized dogs will require a NFA tax stamp...

5. Couldn't agree more!
These "dog lovers" just can't stand the thought of somebody restricting their access to the death-pooches that they love to keep but serve no other purpose than to hurt and kill!! I had a friend once who was attacked by a large dog. Was this dog ever used for defense? NO! And now my friend must live with the scars!

Won't someone PLEASE think of the children?!?!?!?!?!

4. Loved how the guy helped the dog over the counter.
I hope the dog got a big chunk after that!

6. I am callilng shenanigans
Awesome vid, but look how the guy moves his arm across the counter. It looks like he was expecting it. The jacket also looks padded.

Still a cool vid.

9. If you were a clerk, and that guy walked up, your radar should be going off.

Head down, big puffy jacket, baseball cap, furtive glances...It all screams robbery. I'd be jumpy and ready to move too, and a dog would be smart enough to pick up on that. Plus he lets the dog chase the guy, not a good job for a stunt man since the dog could go for a vicious leg chomp. Looks real enough to me.

11. That was my thought too.
The robber extends his arm WAAAY out, to the point that he's leaning far over the counter. Totally unneeded extension for any reason, unless you want to be sure to present a full forearm for the dog to attach to.

Gun shop employee also isn't immediately going for whatever weapon he WOULD have behind that counter, if not on his person. I can see not going for it with a gun in his face, or while helping his dog over the counter when that's proving to be effective. But, once the dog is chasing after the robber the guy stands there, rather than moving to arm himself. Seems out of character.

10. Totally staged.
Jacket was already damaged, so this looks like it was a retake.

Plus it's a gun store. I've never once seen a gun shop without armed sales people. If not on thier person, in easy reach.
