The non-signers: Ahmad Chalabi of the Iraqi National Congress, Abdel-Aziz al-Hakim of the Supreme Council, Ibrahim al-Jaafari of the Dawa party and the current council president Shiite cleric Muhammad Bahr al-Ulloom.

The Kurd veto on rights of women changes (and all other changes) in future constitution if it differrs from this one is anoying to someone.

Now Ahmad Chalabi is owned by the neo-cons. So which neo-con - perhaps the great Bush? - is anti-women, or is it anti-Kurd?

It is so confusing!

:-)
