I'm certain the main stream press will pick this up right away.

1. i looked. it says 'did not submit a statement'

it looks to me that these are pdfs of the prepared statements and not transcripts.

maybe much ado about nothing.

4. I checked the other pdf files

and they certainly look like the statements that they gave in front of the committee. Here's an excerpt from Steven Groves pdf file. Notice the first person and the mention of "Good morning":

Thank you for the opportunity to testify today regarding the Subcommittee’s latest
findings relating to our ongoing investigation into the United Nations “Oil-for-Food Program.”

I seriously doubt Mr. Galloway would forgo the opportunity to have his statement as part of the official record as well.
