Hydrogen Fuel-Cell Buses For Vancouver 2010 Games
http://www.gamesbids.com/cgi-bin/news/viewnews.cgi?category=1&id=1178295148

British Columbia’s Premier Gordon Campbell announced Monday $45 million in funding for the production of 20 state-of-the-art fuel-cell buses and hydrogen fuelling stations in Whistler and Victoria British Columbia (B.C.). The buses would arrive in Whistler in late 2009, in time for the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Whistler is hosting several events during the Games.

The Whistler Question reports Premier Campbell saying the buses are an integral part of B.C.’s plan to protect the environment and reduce its greenhouse gas emission. He said in a statement “this is the type of project we can look to as we move to reduce B.C.’s greenhouse gas emissions by 33 per cent by 2020”.

4. Hey, check out what I found at the Dow Chemical website!
I haven't explored their site yet, but this is a positive step for them I think.

3. How are they making the H2?

I suspect these are simply very, very expensive natural gas powered buses.

On edit: I see you answered. Cool.

From now on I will claim that 100% of the electricity I use is nuclear -- just because I said so. It's my neighbors, the ones I don't like, who are using all that yucky fossil fuel electricity.
