2. i`m not sure about this plan but it does have
some very interesting ideas. i have seen projections where the gulf will be just a few miles from new orleans with in 20 years. the cost of 6 months in iraq could have rebuilt new orleans and the coastline creating jobs for the next generation.

3. Makes Too Much Sense
I just finished reading it, and there is nothing that couldn't be done if the political will were there. Another of the weekend reading list should be Katrina Cottages. This is an adjunct to Habitat housing that can rebuild any disaster area.

6. I think the Katrina Cottages are an excellent idea.
Why they aren't being used is beyond me.
