http://www.grainnet.com/articles/Sprague_Energy_s_South_Portland__ME_Terminal_Now_Open_-40553.html

Portsmouth, NH -- Sprague Energy, an energy wholesaler at the forefront of clean fuels development and marketing, Jan. 9 commemorated the opening of its Biofuels distribution facility in South Portland, ME by recognizing four business entities for their roles in making biofuels commercially available in the Pine Tree State.

C.N. Brown Company, Oakhurst Dairy Products, Giroux Oil, and Safe Handling, Inc. all participated in system testing required to open the South Portland facility.

Each has also played a leading role in introducing this renewable domestic resource to Maine.

The companies represent the diversity of the Biofuel products including home heating use, commercial truck fueling and retail service station distribution.

1. Interesting
That's where I'm located. Wonder if that means biofuel is a viable option for our upcoming home.

3. If you haven't planned on a wood-fired central heating system or a pellet stove
you really should (fuel oil costs for a typical Maine home are $1500-2500 a year).

Wood ain't cheap but it's cheaper than oil by a long shot!

:hi:

4. That's what we want
Is a soapstone woodburning stove, if we are able to build.
