the town i live in in the south of france had floods like this, it was a fucking great laugh watching people lose their cars and their ability to get to work, it was really funny when people died in the same floods... :(

Instead of maybe thinking about their neighbors, going out in their apartment building to warn them that the water was coming up they just sat in the safety of their perch filming the destruction.

Please don't be silly. It was actually sad that the lady thought they should go "tell people" because she clearly was not noticing that the water was coming at increasing rates.
