1. Co2 seems to track the election cycle.
It'll ease up for a while and really kick back in a year from now when the presidential campaigns start in earnest.

that CO2 concentrations rise as a direct result of political bloviations on the campaign trail...

4. I missed that. I took it as meaning that environmental advocates
inflate the CO2 estimates in order to scare people at election time.
