Um, since 2005 when this "world's largest" solar power plant was announced, encouraging us all to bet the entire planet's atmosphere on this wonderful, superduper, marvelous technological breakthrough, vast wunderbar greatest thing ever, the atmosphere seems to have not been getting all that much healthier.

Speaking of the atmosphere, the "world's largest solar plant" seems not to have done doodly squat for the concentration of dangerous fossil fuel waste in the planetary atmosphere.
