4. It'll probably peak seasonally in May, with maybe a 5 ppm drop by October when it turns back up

2. Nothing to see here. Move along.
We are fucked. 30 years+ of deliberate do-nothingism. All the thinking now (by smart people that is) is how to deal with the fact that we are fucked. Preventing the fuckage is no longer possible.
