Pretty cool setup:

You should see a map, with a taskbar in the upper left-hand corner. On the taskbar, select "Arctic" to get the entire basin in zoomable format.

You can also select a sub-region and get the maps either in PDF downloads or on the screen.

Might take a while to load up if you're working with non-DSL, but very neat.
