5. It must suck to be so wrong.
With the elimination of speculators, the price of petroleum has fallen by more than 50%. Since like all Rethugs, Newt rejected the idea that speculation was the basis of the price spike, his entire premise of why prices were so high is totally disproved. Too bad he hadn't any more credibility to lose.
