1. Don't we wish we had these here
Ugh.. even I think it's small and ugly, and I'm a nut for fuel efficiency.

If I ever get a car, it'll be a Prius or an Insight...

3. Insights are going out of production
And if you think a JetCar is small, then an Insight isn't for you anyway.

4. Don't know about the price
...it's hand-built and expensive.

VW has their Lupo 3L that gets over 95MPG. It's dinky, but reasonably-priced and bigger than a two-seater.

Imagine the MPG ratings we'll see when they come out with diesel-electric hybrids...

5. Diesel is being fought by environmentalist
I have a 45mpg jetta TDI and love it. Diesel is the way to go, but
I have been reading that one of the biggest obstacles in the US is
the environmental community. Environmentalist should enbrace diesels,
clean diesels.

6. Not really- Awareness is spreading
There is much more recognition amoung environmentalists now that the fuel (petrodiesel) is the problem.

Environmentalists that follow the auto industry, like the folks at EVWorld.com, have been receiving biodiesel very well. Some still over-generalize about "dirty-diesel" though.
