Boulder County passes strict green building standard
I have heard that this will be one of the strictest green codes in the US.

1. Very good. But 20 years too late to make a difference, I suspect.
I STILL support these codes. Don't get me wrong. But Humpty Dumpty has already fallen off the wall........

Couldn't put Humpty together again.......
