WOOT !!!! BOA loses attempt to block investigation of its MBS.

Remember, first BOA said any mortgage problems were due simply to "a few paperwork glitches".

When the extent of the fraud led to the holders of the Mortgage Backed Securities, BOA claimed all of its
mortgages were good.
Then BOA decided they would fight the investigation "claim by claim".

Nope....they are not allowed to do that now.
