Remember when Warren and others warned last year about the coming commercial real estate
mortgages crashing?

someone who is fairly knowledgable told me the banks are waiting a few years because it would be absolutely catastrophic to force the issue at this point in time.

4. So essentially more and more loans will just be uncalled?

Like the increasing stories we are hearing about unpaid mortgages with no foreclosures?

That has it's own ugly implications.

2. The govt will allow the banks to extend and pretend. They

will continue to carry the loans (most with little or no payments) for years in the hope that the market will return. My bet would be we are in for the same two lost decades that Japan has experienced.....maybe more.
