The mother of all bailouts: the debt repository is what sent stocks higher today.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080918/ap_on_bi_st_ma_re/wall_street

"Wall Street has ended a volatile session sharply higher after a stunning late-session turnaround that sent the Dow Jones industrials up about 400 points. The big comeback followed a report that the federal government may create an entity that will take over banks' bad debt."

Next up: bread for $1 million a slice. Because your dollar will be worthless.

1. Remember when the market used to rise and fall based on business performance?
What a friggin' joke.

2. I bet it won't take long for the market to realize Big Shitpile is still worthless.
At which point the unwinding will proceed again.

4. Remind me again who is paying for these bail-outs, cuz I can't keep it straight...
...It can't be the US government, cuz we can't afford universal healthcare. It can't be the US government, because we can't afford free college tuition for its' citizens. It can't be the US government, because we can't afford to extend unemployment benefits. Nah, can't be the US government, right?

Teach your children to hate the wealthy. It may save them from revisiting this somewhere down the road.

6. After WWII, it's estimated that 10K to 50K Nazis were beat to death in the streets of France.
It was very inspirational to some of the lefty youth who grew to become the adults of the 60s. I think that 4 million AIDs deaths caused by deliberately withholding medicine from a population for profit is kinda sort like genocide too, so... Well, not kinda sorta. You catch my drift I'm sure.

7. Last night, I was watching WWII footage taken after the Russians defeated the Germans in Stalingrad
As they marched the nazi soldiers through the streets of Stalingrad, the citizenry was spitting on them and taking swings at them. This should be the fate of every wall street criminal and executive/ceo involved in the present debacle...as they are marched to the federal prison to spend the rest of their lives in the company of murderers and rapists.

Drift caught.

Executives at the Central bank of germany were let go, and they might face criminal charges.

You can find the link here at their news org site:

9. Yeah it certainly cannot be the US government, can it??
Our government has consistently been against welfare and socialism of helpful programs, uh NEWSBREAK correction - unless the welfare and and bailout programs benefit the rich.
