yeah, that's the official story ...

Maybe it's the fact that the people who would have given the Rs funds are suddenly looking at THEIR bottom lines, and are saying they better hang on to every cent ...

Whatever small gains the market is making right now (+14.01) will be wiped out, and then some. He's not very reassuring.
