Ideas for new businesses in the post-oil economy
Mine: recycle the excess baggy skin that millions of Americans will wrestle with once they have settled into their new roles as members of locally sustaining economies, and turn that skin that once covered human versions of high fructose corn syrup hippos (removed by plastic surgeons), and convert it it into bio fuel.

What's yours?

8. Farmer
I just can't pull myself away from my childhood on the family farm despite living in the city for the past decade. The thrill of working the soil and seeing seeds sprout just won't go away :-)

My dad and uncles would welcome another pair of hands on their farms when things start to go downhill.
