Right-wing radio squawkers consistently mispronouncing 'A-bram-OV'
Has anyone else noticed this? Hugh Hewitt (?), the late night guy on Chicago's WIND, last week kept choking and sputtering, calling the guy a-BRAM-ov, and Friday Milwaukee windbag Mark Belling did exactly the same thing.

Trying to make it sound like there are 2 guys out there, 2 different scandals...

If there are any democrats at the NSA, or whichever other spy agencies carry out the domestic spying, wouldn't it be great if one of them made public one of the Daily Talking Points memo's, which *all* the right wing ranters apparently get?

1. During one of the many hearings before the Senate Indian Affairs
committee, one of the witnesses, I can't remember who but he was a Bush appointee to Interior, also kept mispronouncing "Abramoff." He prounounced it "Abrahoff." I got the impression* that he was doing so in order to say, "hey, see how well I DON'T know the guy? I can't even pronounce his name." :eyes:

* that was my impression - I don't know why the guy did that. Maybe he's just an idiot.

7. I thought the exact same thing.
Because even after hearing every other person there say it correctly, he still said it that way.

Then again, maybe you're right, maybe he is just an idiot. He sure didn't come off as too bright.

2. Belling needs a speech therapy anyway. He's like Rita Cosby.
He fills in when Rush is out on a drug-shopping trip. He has a wierd sort of voice.

5. I can usually tell a person's politics by the way they say Iraq;
Usually a repug will say EYE-rak. A Dem usually says ir-ak with ir sounding as you would say Iran. Not like a part of their anatomy.
