1. Take a look at this......
On December 19, 1989, President Bush lifted the sanctions that blocked the satellite deal, citing "the national interest." Two months earlier, the Bush administration had granted Hughes Aircraft "preliminary licenses" to exchange data with Chinese officials to ensure that the satellites met the technical specifications of the Long March rockets which would launch them into space.

Isn't this what the repubs accused Clinton of doing?

If it is, then the subtrafuge is brilliant. Commit a crime and blame your opponent for doing it.....f***ing brilliant.

It's prone to hysteria with regards to the CIA and MAY have ties to Cuban intelligence, but they have reported good info on things like the militia movement in the past. Don't take everything they say is gospel, but don't reject it out of hand either. I've seen some of this same reporting on Republicans and the Chinese from other sources in the past.

6. It was founded with the help of the KGB
and cuban intel. It is also connected to laywer Ramsey Clark (of ANSWER), a man who has a vested interest in distorting the truth, as war criminals and dictators make up his main clients. He is a seasoned propagandist.

I would say Covert Action Quarterly is far too comprimised by people with vested interests like foreign intel or laywers of the damned to be politically reliable.

They are also hysterical and have a hard stalinist bent.
