Army charges 0-5 who refused to deploy (Army Times re: Lakin)

The Army has charged .. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin .. with one specification under Article 87, missing movement, and four specifications under Article 92, three specifications of failure to obey a lawful order and one dereliction of duty ...

Lakin, 45, if convicted faces forfeiture of pay and benefits, reduction in rank, prison time and a dishonorable discharge.

The date of Lakin’s preliminary Article 32 hearing has not been set.

1. While I'm aware that some around here are afraid of this idiot's implosion being noticed...
I'm happy to see this guy trash his future with his own stupidity and ignorance.
