ABC News report on Bush AWOL allegation

On this evening's ABC Evening News, a report on the just-released dental record featured a graphic showing a photo of the chairman of the DNC in the upper left corner of a black screen with DISPROVES ALLEGATION BUSH WAS AWOL in big bold characters printed below it as the voice over said that this dental report disproves the chairman's allegation that Bush was AWOL.

Does...it...really? Even if it does, it seems a huge leap for a journalist to make such a QED kind of statement, reinforced by the bold headline.

I'm thinking the dental record proves that someone scribbled ink on a piece of paper. Nothing more.

Yeah, that certainly compares to John Kerry or McCain fighting a bloody war in Vietnam.

Let me see, how many medals and citations do Kerry and McCain have (even though McCain is GOP, he still gets my respect)? Now, how many did Bush get for his service(if you can call it that) in T.A.N.G. ?
