If you have the time on your hands to respond to such stupidity...

I have my own theories, but I'd rather hear yours.

AirAmerica, the controversial Liberal radio network is gone............at least in Chicago. Personally, I miss them. They had the wackiest kooks in the country on, routinely, espousing some of the strangest programs and policies ever to hit this country. They were combative, argumentative, and angry. I loved Stuart Smalley (aka Al Franken) and Jeanine Garafalo - both committed to the Left Wing cause, and willing to tell you why..............even if it meant you questioned their sanity after they finished.

Apparently, AirAmerica is already planning a farewell cruise. They'll gather up their "colorful" lineup and get all these crackpots on one big, floating Kremlin, for your enjoyment.

So why do you think AirAmerica went out of business?

11. blacklist
I remember receiving a blacklist of corporations who organized to put AirAmerica out of business. I still have a copy of it. It directed them to only advertise on rightwing venues and withhold their ad dollars to suppress their growth. Every major company was on the list like Home Depot, Walmart, etc.

12. It's not a blacklist
Just an advertising traffic list for national network advertisers.

Some of the names there already advertise on progressive radio. Quite a few don't do talk radio at all.

Here's some more about it:

Oh, and AAR is not out of business. But you all knew that already. Just some wingnuts making shit up, since they can't get by on the truth.
