Drudge reported she had scanned 69,000 books to Hillary's 100,000 last week. Ergo, Coulter's book is obviously near the top of the lists. Also note that Dick Morris' Off With Their Heads, released a week after Coulter's book, makes the list. And yet Coulter is selling more books than Morris... It's funny. and Coulter was on there, as was Morris.

this must be spin to counter the FACT that only right wing diatribes are noted as being having their sales "pumped" by bulk orders from someone(s) through some bookstores..

which is generally considered an indication that someone is trying to artificially inflate a book's sales.
