You don't have a station in my area, but I will find a way to show my objection to a corporation using public airwaves for partisan politics. I will boycott your advertisers. I will oppose your relicensing. I will find a way. Depend on it.

• Write a LETTER, not an e-mail -- it's 10 minutes well-spent!
• Put your feelings in your own words, but make it clear that Sinclair's proposed acts are a violation of the public trust, and you intend to hold them accountable.
• Make a few points, sequentially and clearly.
• When writing to Sinclair, tell them that your letter is to go in their "public file."

3. Letter I sent to sinclair

I would like to ask you to reconsider your plan to air an Anti-Kerry Propaganda film prior to the election. This is obviously blatant abuse of the public trust. No one is on a PPV station this is the PUBLIC airwaves. I am betting the FEC and FCC will not look upon it lightly. I also feel you may also be subject to very large boycotts to your stations and to the advertisers that have worked with you. America can not afford to have corporations like Sinclair abusing the public trust.
