Clark wins straw poll in Northfield


Published October 12, 2003 DFL12

Retired Army Gen. Wesley Clark won a straw poll Saturday at a DFL fund-raiser in Northfield, edging out former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean and Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, a spokesman said.

Clark: 24 percent

Dean: 22 percent

Kerry: 20 percent

Rep. Dick Gephardt, D-Mo., 11 percent.

Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, 11 percent.

4. looks like Clark, Dean, and Kerry did pretty well

however, the story indicates that the state representative who is running the Clark campaign was the guest speaker so of the 100 people who attended that may have brought out a few more Clark people, imo.

Still good job to the Clark campaign.

lol, sorry, but you really should put more information in that post. If it was Northfield, Maine it would equal about 1.3 votes, lol.
