Ricia McMahon, of North Sutton, co- chair of Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential primary campaign and state director of Clinton’s upset win of New Hampshire in the 1992 general election, today endorsed John Kerry for President.
“John Kerry is our best hope for defeating Bush and he has the best grasp of the issues, from national security to economic security to Social Security to the environment and veterans issues. And he’s a decorated veteran. John Kerry is the candidate most prepared to provide leadership on the national security challenges that face our country because of his expertise on foreign policy and intelligence issues and the valor he demonstrated in defending our nation in the Vietnam War,” said McMahon.
McMahon has been a key player in Democratic national, state and local campaigns for almost 30 years. Currently the president of G2M Communications, McMahon was a senior policy advisor and manager in the Clinton administration, working in the White House Drug Policy Office and Department of Health & Human Services from 1993 through 2001.
