Dennis Kucinich will be in Fresno
Subject: Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich will be in Fresno August 1st & 2nd
Date: Wed, 16 Jul 2003 21:05:38 -0700

It is official. Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich will be in Fresno for the CDC Convention on August 1st and 2nd. He will fly in from Omaha arriving around 10 p.m. Friday night Aug. 1st. He will have to catch a flight to L.A. at 10:30 a.m. Sat. morning.

CDC will "open" up the Saturday morning plenary session of the CDC Convention (9 - 10:30 a.m.) to the public. There will be reserved seats up front for delegates and about 100 seats available to the public. A plenary session ticket will be $10 (or $25 for the continental breakfast from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.). In addition to hearing from Dennis Kucinich, the delegates/guests would also be able to hear from Congressman Jim McDermott (D-WA) along with other elected officials.

I need to know the level of interest from Democratic activists and Kucinich supporters (who are not CDC delegates) in attending and paying either the $10 or $25 fee.

Please advise ASAP.
