It cracks me up
that people announce how devoted they are to voting for Anyone But Bush(TM) that they say they will

"even vote for Lieberman" (!)

How out of touch must that guy be that he is the demonstration for how much you hate Bush? I guess even he serves a purpose in the race - showing how much you'd hold your nose to get Bush out of office.

But man, that is a pretty sorry statement on his candidacy and the strength of his support.

Ah well, we're all Democrats here, right?

1. Oh .. Hello ....
Here I am ... right here ....

Yes: .. I said that ...

Sometimes: .. you DO have to hold your nose and pull the lever ... thats how life is ....

We DONT vote for personalities: .. we vote for party philosophies ....

As much as I disagree with Liebermann: .. the GOP alternative is unfathomable and completely out of the question ...

So: .. get 'cracked up' all you want , just pull the correct lever ....

2. Oh Yeah
I'm totally on board with what I described - I'm an example of that phenomenon myself. It's just pretty amusing.

4. Yeah, it's a little wierd....
how he gets regulary trashed here. He seems to have a better environmental record than Dean, so you might think he'd get at least a little support from the Green contingent.

He does seem to be a bit the warmonger, and a bit closer to Sharon than many of us might like, but I still can't see the point of the bitterness. OTH, other candidates are regularly trashed here, too.

It's doubtful he'll last much longer in the race, but if by some turn of the Kabbalah he gets the nod, I'll campaign for him without skipping a beat, and be first in line to vote for him.

Anybody But Bush. Anybody.

(OK, maybe I'd draw the line at Rev. Al)

6. I'm one of them
he wouldn't be anywhere near ideal, he's so far out of line with what I picture a Dem president that I have no choice to add a disclaimer that I would even vote for Lie berman if he were the nominee. Another 4 of * is unfathomable.
