Moseley-Braun WILL NOT endorse Kerry. She is announcing Sept 22.

Braun to Enter Presidential Race Sept. 22

By NEDRA PICKLER, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - Buoyed by the support of two women's groups, Democrat Carol Moseley Braun said Tuesday that she will formally enter the presidential race on Sept. 22.

Braun, considered a long shot for the nomination, has been conducting an exploratory presidential campaign, traveling, raising money and participating in debates while trying to decide whether to stay in the race.
