A story to make you cry
Edited on Mon Aug-11-03 01:35 AM by VoteClark
When Clark was a lowly 3 star general he was traveling with a convoy with a 4 star general. The vehicle in front of him fell off the side of the road and down a cliff setting off land mines. The land mines drew the enemy forces toward the convoy. Dispite this, and vocal objections for his safety, Clark took a rope, tied it around his ageing body and the other end of the rope to a tree trunk. He then lowered himself down the cliff to retrieve the bodies of the young men in the vehicle.

Clark is a man of honor, who truly belives in leaving no person behind. He has taken four bullets for you. I believe that this man, is the man that can cast a giant shadow on Bush and his administration. Clark is a man of more then just words. He is a man of action, a man of honor, and a man or dignity. He may not be a life long politican, but he is the answer. He is the President I was promised as a kid.

1. Very touching
There are many fine men and women in the military and this story does prove that Clark is one of the few decent ones at the top.

Now, what about the issues? The issues I care about are peace, GMOs, jobs, food and shelter for Americans, an end to Yankee imperialism and Israel/Palestine.

Do you have any quick, brief information on where he stands with those? Thanks

7. I can't speak for him but I can you this
Peace is what Clark wants most. Jobs is something that he wants to help with creating. Shortage of Medical Care, Food, and Shelter is something that Clark knows about. This is something that Clark had to provide for the soldiers and familes of the soldiers under his care and had to fight with people to get for the 100,000's under his authority.

GMO's and the I/P conflict I don't know. I imagine he would look at the goal, and then work backwards to find the solution like he always has done. I am extremly against the US taking sides in the I/P conflict. GMO's I have no clue how he feels. But he is very fair minded in how he approaches the issues and concerns of all people.

9. I'll be watching him with interest if he decides to run
From a few stories I've read, he sounds like a very principled and good man. Thanks for answering that honestly!

12. Please visit the site.
I can tell you how he feels on most issues.

I think you will find him similar on the issues as Kerry, Dean, and Kucinich.
