Caught on Tape - tea party candidate for Maine Governor says he wants to "punch" reporter
After-interview footage has been released showing Paul LePage, Republican candidate and Tea Party favorite for Governor in Maine telling a news anchor that he is about ready to punch a radio reporter.

If he were Governor and had a disagreement with a member of staff or another elected official, he would just punch them out.

5. What happens if one is elected to office, but one is in jail?
is one automatically disqualified? I would think so, but I don't know how all the laws work, especially if one is in jail for just a week or two for something non-felony or other larger crime.
