tonight's debate may not mean much, may not staunch the bloodflow from the wound ...
(like a tourniquet applied to staunch the flow of blood from a decapitation)

Think about it ... the bar was lowered for McCain with all his gaffes and meanderings and such ... and because of that, he appeared to do "well" (figuratively speaking) in the debate ...

and since the debate, McCain has slid, accelerating ...

Failin's performance may not be much help ... as long as Biden doesn't totally fuck up, O/B may end up benefitting even more ...
