Kerry Set to Face Bush After Winning 9 More Contests (Update2)
March 3 (Bloomberg) -- <snip>``It's going to be about security in general, economic security, national security,'' said Mike Feldman, who was an adviser to 2000 Democratic nominee Al Gore. ``It's going to be an election about the big things, not the little things.'' <snip>

``Our campaign is about replacing doubt with hope, and replacing fear with security,'' Kerry said last night in a victory speech in Washington.

Kerry has criticized Bush's economic and foreign policies, blaming him for the loss of 2.3 million U.S. jobs since 2001 and saying Bush has ``done too little'' to defend the U.S. against terrorist organizations. <snip>

Bush ``can't talk about health care because two more million Americans are uninsured, he can't talk about protecting the environment, or balancing the budget,'' Kerry said while campaigning in New York last week.

Bush already has addressed the challenge from Kerry. In a speech at a fund-raising event last week, Bush said ``one senator from Massachusetts'' has changed his position on tax cuts, the war in Iraq and a law that gives law enforcement broader powers to investigate suspected terrorists. <snip>
