Representative Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) is preparing to introduce the Genetically Engineered Food Right to Know Act before the U.S. House of Representatives. It is one of six bills he will introduce that regulate genetically engineered foods (see summaries below).

Congressman Kucinich has asked us to contact our House Representative to encourage him or her to co-sponosr the legislation.

Please send an e-mail to your House Representative and follow that up with a form letter. Letters mailed have much more impact than e-mail.

Kucinich has been at the forefront, fighting this issue for a long time. In fact it was over this issue that I first found out who he and Paul Wellstone were.
