Great idea for Pro Kerry signs along the highways

Take a bag of lawn fertilizer, and a 'drop style' fertilizer spreader. (the 'broadcast' type of spreader just won't cut it) Find a good patch of green grass along the highway, that you know will be mowed regularly. They usually don't mow the grass alongside the highways more than once or twice a year, but they do mow the grass regularly on private property. Since it would be wrong to do this on private property, I'm specficially urging you to do it on public property.
What we're going to do, is take those lawn fertilizers and use them to write "Kerry 04" in huge letters alongside well traveled highways. After a month or so, the grass will begin to grow in much greener and fuller in the areas that were fertilized, creating a billboard with 30 foot high letters. And it's harmless! Imagine the satisfaction of driving past your handiwork every single day between now and the election?

2. Be careful not to spread it too heavy.

You don't want to create a burned dead spot in the grass.
(Take it from the voice of experience. It took a while for the grass to grow back, too.)

3. green vs. black

Both would work to get the message out, but the greener grass has a more psychological image. Howabout the green Kerry 04 with an overfertilized black Bush 04 on the other side of the highway ? Subtle and hopefully gets that subconcious message out, while shutting the neocons up, keeping them from doing a reprisal.
